pkpk1 Terms & Conditions

1.1 Scope of Service

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to every player who uses the pkpk1 platform ("Platform"). By accessing the website, registering an account, or placing any bet, the player is considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions in this Agreement.

1.2 Age Restriction

To use the pkpk1 platform, players must be 21+. If it is found that an underage player has registered an account without disclosure and is participating in games, that account will be immediately closed and any funds may be forfeited.

1.3 Language and Communication

This Agreement is written in Burmese. In the event of any discrepancy due to language differences, the Burmese version shall prevail. To contact us, you may reach us via Burmese-language Live Chat or at [email protected].

2.1 Personal Account

Each player may register only one account on the pkpk1 platform. Please be careful that having the same IP address does not lead to accounts being flagged as duplicates, even if the owners are different. If duplicate accounts are found, both may be closed.

2.2 Accurate Information

The name, contact details, and payment information provided when registering an account must be accurate and belong to the account holder personally. If it is found that an account was opened with false information, we reserve the right to treat it as fraud and take the necessary action.

2.3 Password Security

Do not share your account password with anyone. If you suspect your password has been compromised and a third party is accessing your account, notify us immediately at [email protected]. pkpk1 is not responsible for any financial losses that occur without a dispute raised by the player.

2.4 KYC Verification

We may request a copy of a player's ID or payment-related documents at any time. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkpk1 currently accepts 4 payment methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. Payments made by any method other than these will not be accepted by pkpk1 and cannot be processed or refunded.

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount — 10,000 Ks (same for all methods)
• Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks
• Standard withdrawal processing time — within 15 minutes to 2 hours (under normal conditions)

3.3 Withdrawal Availability

Withdrawals may be restricted until payment verification is complete or bonus wagering requirements are met. Once verification is completed, withdrawal requests will be processed as normal.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

pkpk1's first deposit welcome bonus is a 120% bonus — up to 300,000 Ks. After receiving the bonus, the wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount.

• Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 44,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 24,000 Ks × 10 = 240,000 Ks
• Example — If you deposit 520,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 820,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 300,000 Ks × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. Winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

If it is found that a player deposited in order to claim a bonus and then attempted to withdraw funds before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.

4.3 Right to Suspend Bonuses

pkpk1 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus or promotion with or without prior notice. The player agrees that a change in terms during an active bonus period does not constitute cancellation of that bonus and the updated terms continue to apply.

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

Players on the pkpk1 platform must follow the conduct rules below. Violations may result in legal action and account closure:

• Using computer software, bots, or other tools to exploit the platform for financial gain
• Colluding with others to gain unfair financial advantage
• Chip dumping — deliberately losing to another player to transfer funds
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pkpk1 staff or other players
• Opening multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once

5.2 Duplicate Accounts

If a duplicate account (same person) is found during a review, the duplicate account will be closed first. Only the deposited amount will be refunded; any bonuses or winnings will be forfeited.

pkpk1 protects players' personal information using SSL encryption. You can read our Privacy Policy here. We never sell player data to third parties. pkpk1 may only disclose transaction records when required by a legal request.

7.1 If a Player Wants to Close Their Account

A player who wants to close their account can request this via 24/7 Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. If there is a remaining balance at the time of the request, it will be returned once all records have been fully verified.

7.2 Platform's Right to Terminate

pkpk1 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account with or without prior notice for the following reasons:

• A breach of these terms and conditions is found during a review
• A KYC check fails due to financial irregularities
• Continuing the relationship with that player would create a legal issue under any applicable law
• Fraudulent use of the platform is detected

The pkpk1 platform limits its liability for players' losses, direct or indirect consequential losses, loss of profits, data loss, or any claims arising from use of the platform. Please note that this limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.

If a dispute arises between a player and pkpk1, it must first be addressed directly through our customer service (24/7 Live Chat or [email protected]). If it cannot be resolved through customer service, the player is considered to have agreed — from the time of account registration — that the matter will be handled through arbitration. The player also agrees that the gaming system's decision is final and that the right to contest it is limited.

pkpk1 may update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform after an update is considered acceptance of the revised terms. Please revisit this page regularly.
